The other side of the meaty story

It should surprise no one that parts of the meat industry was less than pleased with my story yesterday on the so-called meat glue. Janet Riley, the spokeswoman for the industry’s lobbyists – the American Meat Institute – was frothing with criticism.  Here is a link to the story I wrote today for Scripps Howard News Service about the reaction from the meat producers.
